Summary

This study tests a program called Health Impact 360 to improve heart health, mental well-being, and social support in adults from marginalized communities. About 328 participants will join group sessions, track their physical activity, and have their health measured at the start and after 16 weeks. The goal is to see if the program leads to better heart health scores and lower stress compared to a control group that receives the program later.
