Summary

This study looks at whether a nurse-led health education program can improve quality of life, reduce depression, and boost daily functioning in people who have had an ischemic stroke. About 70 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the education program, the other gets usual care. Researchers will track changes in mood, thinking, independence, and overall well-being over time.
