Education program aims to boost well-being for breast cancer patients
NCT ID NCT05873296
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week health education program could help women undergoing breast cancer treatment improve their lifestyle, physical activity, nutrition, mood, and quality of life. Twenty-eight participants were split into two groups: one received health education recommendations in person and via social media, while the other received usual care. Researchers measured changes in habits, activity levels, pain, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem over the course of the program.
