Summary

This study is testing whether adding a special graft made from donated placental tissue to standard wound care helps heal stubborn leg ulcers caused by poor vein circulation. It will involve 60 adults with a leg ulcer that hasn't healed after 4 to 52 weeks of standard treatment. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the graft plus standard care or standard care alone for 12 weeks, with an option to switch to the graft if their ulcer doesn't close.
