First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-month digital program combining a mobile app, wearable device, and health coaching can help reverse scarring of the heart muscle (myocardial fibrosis) and improve blood pressure in people with hypertensive heart disease. The trial will enroll 200 physically inactive adults aged 40-70 who have early signs of heart thickening. Participants are randomly assigned to either the full program or a basic app for comparison.
