Your own Blood's healing power tested for debilitating spinal headaches

Summary
This study aims to find out if a simpler, 'blind' injection method works as well as a more precise, 'targeted' method for treating severe headaches caused by a spinal fluid leak. Researchers will use a patient's own processed blood (platelet-rich plasma) to try to patch the leak. The trial will involve 58 adults whose headaches have not improved with standard rest and medication.
