Summary
This study aimed to develop a new robotic system to help keep patients' heads perfectly still during whole brain radiation therapy. Researchers wanted to track head movements in real time and make tiny adjustments during treatment. The goal was to improve treatment accuracy by keeping patients positioned within a very small target range.
