Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of hands-on osteopathic manipulation and specific head exercises can reduce the frequency, intensity, and duration of chronic headaches that start in the neck. It will involve 30 female participants who have been diagnosed with this specific type of headache. The goal is to see if this combined therapy is more effective than standard medical care alone.
