Summary

This study aimed to see if adding a drug called temsirolimus (Torisel) to standard chemotherapy and radiation was safe for people with advanced head and neck cancer. It was designed to find the highest dose of temsirolimus that could be given safely alongside the usual treatments. The trial was withdrawn before any patients were enrolled.
