Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called peposertib combined with radiation therapy for patients with advanced head and neck cancer who cannot take the standard chemotherapy drug cisplatin. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose of peposertib and to see how well the combination works. It involves a small group of patients and focuses heavily on monitoring side effects.
