Summary

This study is testing whether giving two immunotherapy drugs before surgery is safe and can help shrink tumors in people with head and neck cancer. The drugs, nivolumab and BMS-986253, aim to boost the body's immune system to attack the cancer. Researchers will see if this approach leads to better long-term results after surgery.
