Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment for people with advanced head and neck cancer who cannot safely take the standard chemotherapy drug, cisplatin. It will compare two different drug combinations, each given alongside targeted radiation therapy, in about 454 patients. The goal is to see which approach better controls the cancer and helps patients live longer without it getting worse.
