New support strategy aims to help more cancer patients complete tough treatment
NCT ID NCT04528420
Summary
This study is testing whether starting nutrition and pain management early can help more people with head and neck cancer finish their full course of chemotherapy and radiation. Researchers want to see if this extra support helps patients lose less weight, complete more treatment, and live longer. The trial will compare this coordinated care approach to the usual care patients currently receive.
