Summary

This study aimed to understand how often and how severely swallowing problems occur in people being treated for head and neck cancer. Researchers followed 240 patients from diagnosis through 18 months after their first treatment, using questionnaires and clinical exams. The goal was to better measure these problems and their impact on patients' nutrition and quality of life.
