Summary
This study is testing whether a follow-up immune therapy can help prevent cancer from returning in people with advanced head and neck cancer. It is for patients who have already had initial treatment with immunotherapy and chemotherapy and whose cancer showed a strong response. The main goal is to see if this maintenance therapy safely extends the time patients live without their cancer coming back.
