Summary

This study is testing a new drug called amivantamab, both alone and in combination with other cancer medications, for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if these treatments can shrink tumors or help patients live longer. It will include about 287 people whose cancer has returned, spread, or is advanced but may be removable with surgery.
