Head-to-Head cancer drug showdown: which combo fights tumors best?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two chemotherapy combinations works better for treating advanced head and neck cancer that hasn't been treated before. Researchers will compare two different drug regimens in about 128 patients to see which one better controls the cancer while causing fewer side effects. After chemotherapy, all patients will receive radiation treatment, with some also getting additional chemotherapy during radiation.
