Could a simple head tilt improve stroke recovery?

Summary
This study tests whether tilting the head down 15° during a stroke, just before a procedure to remove a blood clot, can improve blood flow to the brain and lead to better outcomes. About 118 adults having a stroke due to a blocked artery will be randomly assigned to either head-down tilt or standard positioning. The goal is to see if this simple position change helps keep brain tissue alive until the clot is removed.
