Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs given before surgery for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors more effectively, potentially making surgery easier or even possible for some. About 76 adults with stage III-IV head and neck cancer will receive the drug combo and then be evaluated for surgery.
