Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational injection called HDM1005 can help adults with obesity lose weight. About 240 participants without diabetes will receive either the injection or a placebo for 22 weeks to see how much weight they lose and to check for side effects. The goal is to see if this new treatment is a safe and effective option for managing obesity.
