First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a peer-based program can help people recently released from jail or prison get connected to Hepatitis C treatment and stay in care. About 80 participants with chronic Hepatitis C will be randomly assigned to receive the peer support program or standard care. The goal is to see if the program improves how many people see a doctor, start treatment, and finish it.
