Summary
This study tested a drug called BX1514M in 38 people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart muscle is too thick and blocks blood flow. The drug works by tightening veins to reduce the blockage. Researchers measured how far people could walk in 6 minutes to see if symptoms like shortness of breath and chest pain improved.
