Summary
This study is observing 10,000 adults with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a condition where the heart muscle thickens. Researchers will use heart scans, genetic tests, and blood markers to better diagnose HCM and predict serious events like sudden cardiac death. Participants are followed every six months for up to three years, but no experimental treatments are given.
