Summary
This study aims to improve how doctors diagnose and predict risks for people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a condition where the heart muscle thickens. Researchers will use MRI scans, genetic tests, and blood markers to build better risk models for sudden cardiac death and heart failure. The study will follow 10,000 adults for up to 3 years, but does not test any new drugs or treatments.
