Massive study tracks 5,000 hepatitis b patients to unlock immune secrets
NCT ID NCT07137247
Summary
This is an observational study that aims to learn how the body's immune system changes as people live with chronic Hepatitis B over many years. Researchers will follow 5,000 untreated patients, aged 1 to 80, checking their blood every six months to see how their immune cells respond to the virus. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help guide future treatments, but this study itself does not test any new therapies.
