Can a daily supplement turn back the clock on muscle aging?
NCT ID NCT07402278
Summary
This study tested whether a food ingredient called HB05P could help improve muscle strength in older adults. 80 participants aged 60-80 with age-related muscle weakness were assigned to take either HB05P or a placebo daily for 12 weeks while also doing regular exercise. Researchers measured changes in leg strength, muscle mass, and physical performance to see if the ingredient provided any benefit beyond exercise alone.
