Summary
This study tested whether a daily supplement called HB05P can safely improve muscle strength in adults aged 60 to 79 who have age-related muscle weakness. Eighty participants took either HB05P or a placebo for 12 weeks, and everyone did regular walking and resistance exercises. The main goal was to measure changes in leg muscle strength using a special machine.
