NCT ID NCT07402278
First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether a daily supplement called HB05P can safely improve muscle strength in adults aged 60 to 79 who have age-related muscle weakness. 80 participants took either the supplement or a placebo for 84 days, while also doing regular walking and resistance exercises. Researchers measured changes in leg muscle strength and mass to see if the supplement provided an extra benefit over exercise alone.
