Summary

This early-stage study tests a single dose of HB-2121 in 20 adults with suspected celiac disease to see if it's safe and how it works in the small intestine. Participants take the drug before a standard scope procedure and are followed for 30 days. The goal is to develop a better way to diagnose celiac disease.
