Can better education help young people beat hay fever?
NCT ID NCT06686446
Summary
This study tested whether a special education package could help teens and young adults with moderate to severe hay fever (allergic rhinitis) manage their symptoms better. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the education package with weekly reminders or to continue with their usual care. The main goal was to see if the extra education led to fewer nasal symptoms after six weeks.
