Food as medicine: study tests free groceries for pregnant women

Summary
This study will give 800 pregnant women biweekly food kits with fruits, vegetables, and other healthy foods to see if it improves their diet and pregnancy outcomes. Participants will be followed from early pregnancy through birth. The goal is to learn whether providing healthy food can make a real difference for moms and babies.
