New radiation technique aims to reduce stomach upset in advanced cancer patients

Summary

This study tests a new type of radiation therapy called HART for people whose cancer has spread. The goal is to see if it causes fewer stomach and bowel side effects than standard treatment. About 103 adults with metastatic cancer will receive HART and report their symptoms and quality of life over time.
