New approach aims to save lives in communities hit hardest by drug crisis

NCT ID NCT05776316

Summary

This study is testing whether a culturally responsive harm reduction program helps Black and Latinx people who use drugs engage more with support services. Researchers will compare the new program to standard services to see if it leads to fewer days of drug use, lower overdose risk, and better quality of life. The goal is to find more effective ways to support health and safety in these communities.
