Summary

This study tested a behavioral program for 217 teens and young adults (ages 14-25) with type 1 diabetes. The goal was to help them manage blood sugar levels and reduce the emotional distress that often comes with diabetes. Participants used continuous glucose monitors and received support to improve their time in range and A1c levels over 12 months.
