This study tests whether a digital app called Happy Homework 2.0 can help children aged 4-8 build healthier daily habits, including more physical activity, less sitting, and better sleep. About 180 children and their families from Scottish primary schools will use the app at home for 8-12 weeks. Researchers will gather feedback and measure changes to see if the app is enjoyable and practical for young children.
