Summary
This study is for adults aged 18-65 with blood cancers who need a stem cell transplant but lack a fully matched donor. It uses stem cells from a half-matched family donor along with drugs to reduce the risk of graft-versus-host disease, a common complication. The main goal is to see how well the new cells take hold in the body. The trial is currently recruiting 15 participants.
