Summary
This study is testing hand transplantation for people who have lost a hand or arm below the elbow. The goal is to see if the transplant is safe and helps people use the new hand for everyday tasks 18 months after surgery. Participants must be 18 to 65 years old and willing to travel to the study site. Risks include rejection, infection, and side effects from lifelong anti-rejection medications.
