First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether playing hand-training games on a tablet can improve hand movement and daily function in people who have had a stroke. Forty chronic stroke patients, aged 45 to 65, will either receive standard physical therapy alone or standard therapy plus 20 minutes of tablet-based hand exercises. The goal is to see if the tablet games help with grip strength and fine motor skills.
