First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing hand grip exercises with a special device can help the blood vessels used for dialysis grow stronger and work better. 34 adults with kidney failure who needed dialysis were split into two groups: one did the exercises for six weeks, the other received standard care. The goal was to see if this simple, low-cost exercise could improve blood flow and reduce the need for extra procedures.
