Can a fun summer camp help kids with cerebral palsy use their hands better?
NCT ID NCT07487857
Summary
This study is testing whether an intensive 8-day day camp that combines special sensory training with hand exercises works better than a camp with just hand exercises for children with one-sided cerebral palsy. Children aged 5 to 15 will be randomly assigned to one of the two camp groups. Researchers will measure how much the children use their affected hand in daily play and activities before, right after, and a few months after the camp.
