Summary
This study tested a set of hand exercises called SARAH in 6 women with rheumatoid arthritis. The exercises included strengthening and stretching, plus education. The goal was to see if these exercises could improve hand function and reduce pain. Results may help guide future hand therapy for arthritis patients.
