New cream could ease hand arthritis pain without pills

Summary
This study is testing whether a cream called Multiprofen-CC can reduce pain for adults with hand osteoarthritis. Forty-two participants will use the active cream and a placebo cream for two weeks each, in a random order, to see which works better. Researchers will measure changes in pain, hand function, and overall improvement while monitoring for any side effects.
