Summary

This study tests whether a 15-minute hand and foot exercise routine can reduce nerve pain, numbness, and tingling caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients. 58 adults aged 20-60 with mild nerve symptoms will either do the exercises plus standard care or standard care alone. Researchers will compare symptom changes over 8 weeks using a questionnaire.
