Stretch-Off: which method loosens tight hamstrings faster?
NCT ID NCT07178132
Summary
This study tested two different stretching techniques to see which one works better for quickly improving hamstring flexibility and knee movement. Researchers worked with 60 young women who had tight hamstrings, comparing tissue flossing (a band-based technique) to PNF stretching (a specific partner-assisted method). They measured changes in flexibility immediately after each technique was applied to determine which provided more instant relief.
