Summary

This study tested whether a traditional Hammam bath, a massage, or a placebo had the best effect on general health and well-being in 22 healthy adults. Participants were monitored right after and 24 hours later using heart rate, sleep quality, and other markers. The goal was to see which experience best reduces chronic stress and improves overall wellness.
