Summary
This study tests a headset called HALO Clarity™ that sends mild electrical currents to the brain to help people with moderate-to-severe insomnia sleep better. 160 adults will use either the active device or a sham (fake) device at home for 4 weeks, then be followed for another 4 weeks. The main goal is to see if the active device reduces insomnia severity more than the sham.
