NCT ID NCT07277192
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at 562 people with advanced liver cancer to compare two treatment combinations: one using HAIC (chemotherapy directly into the liver) plus immunotherapy and targeted drugs, and the other using TACE (a procedure that blocks blood flow to the tumor) plus the same drugs. The goal was to see which approach caused less liver damage and helped patients live longer. The findings help doctors choose the safer and more effective option for managing this serious disease.
