Summary

This study is testing if a two-part treatment can help people with advanced, inoperable bile duct cancer (ICC). The treatment combines a chemotherapy infusion directly into the liver with an immunotherapy drug. Researchers want to see if this combination can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
