Summary
This study tested whether a new pump and catheter system can safely deliver chemotherapy directly to the liver in 35 people with colorectal cancer or bile duct cancer that has spread. The goal was to see if this approach causes fewer side effects than standard treatment. Participants received chemotherapy through the liver over several cycles, and researchers monitored for liver damage and other complications.
