Summary

This study tests a special bracelet that vibrates gently when it senses nail-biting. Ten adults who bite their nails will wear the bracelet for 12 weeks and track their progress with a phone app. The goal is to see if the gentle buzz helps reduce nail-biting and improve nail health.
