Stomach bug battle: which antibiotic combo works best?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two standard antibiotic treatments is better at clearing a common stomach bacteria called H. pylori in people with ongoing stomach discomfort. Researchers will compare a three-drug regimen to a four-drug regimen in 66 patients. They will measure how well each treatment works and track any side effects patients report.
