Head-to-Head stomach bug battle: which Two-Week treatment works best?

Summary
This study compares two different 14-day antibiotic treatments for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), a common stomach infection. About 240 adults with confirmed H. pylori will take either one of two medication combinations for two weeks. Researchers will check which treatment is more effective at clearing the infection and will monitor for side effects.
